Delivery Timelines
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days within India and 10-14 business days for international orders, depending on the destination.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid domestic orders. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for pieces that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Bridal and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once a returned piece is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
